How Custom Ordering Works

1. Tell Us What You Need

Provide as much detail as possible, including the mineral name, preferred locality, size, weight, colour, crystal formation, condition, quantity, intended use, and budget.

Reference photographs are welcome and can help us understand the quality or appearance you want.

2. We Search Our Network

We review our available inventory and contact trusted miners and suppliers when necessary. The time required depends on the rarity and specifications of the requested material.

3. Review the Available Options

If suitable specimens are found, we will send you photographs, videos, measurements, weight, known locality information, condition details, and pricing.

4. Confirm Your Selection

Once you select a specimen, we will confirm the total cost, payment requirements, packaging, and estimated shipping arrangements.

5. Secure Packing and Delivery

After payment is confirmed, your order will be carefully packed and dispatched to the agreed destination. Tracking information will be shared when available.
